As of today, this very moment, the Fallen Empire: Legions closed beta begins!

Tribes 2, developed by Dynamix and published by Sierra Online in 2001, was and still remains to be a popular game for many fans worldwide.  Later is 2001, Sierra Online announced with Dynamix the closure of the company.  Many of the core members took what they had and started GarageGames, releasing the Torque engine - which Tribes 2 is runs - as a cheap licensing engine.

In 2007, GarageGames announced InstantAction; a free-to-use optional pay (for expanded content) web-browser application that allows players to play full 3D games like ThinkTank, Marble Blast Online, and Fallen Empire: Legions through their browser.

As of April 2nd, 2008.  Fallen Empire: Legions has been released for closed beta.
